Owes me money

05.12: Submitted a claim for R3130 for the anesthetics for my operation. the doctor was Dr Turner and referring doctor was Dr Mauermann. Claim CLEARLY states this and is in colour and e-mailed.
08.01" Submitted a claim for R7157.28 for the surgeon for the operation. The surgeon was Dr Mauermann and referring doctor was Dr Brink.
Dr Turner got paid out the money for their claim.
THEN DISCOVERY PAID OUT ANOTHER R800 ODD to DR Mauermann also based on the R3130.
No-One asked them to do that. Some-one captured it incorrectly.
I have been trying to sort this out for almost 2 weeks.
Have sent about 5 mails per day and if someone bothers to phone me back, they to me and tell me that I submitted the same claim for 2 doctors. I mean, how does your system work?? I can just tippex out the doctors name and add any name and the money will be paid out, even though the WHOLE INVOICE looks the same. This is illegal!!!
Almost very convenient to claim to not get the claim for over R7000, even though this has been sent 4 times.
I am losing my GAP cover as statements etc does not correspond.
Someone asked Mauermann to reverse, but what claim must they reverse, as they did not submit one for R3130!
