Discovery refuses to pay chronic claim!!!

My son was diagnosed on the 19th March with severe asthma, we visited the doctor on the 19th March and a chronic application was completed by myself and signed on the 19th, the Doctor also agreed to submit the application so that we may start obtaining the medication once the chronic application has been approved. I then called the Discovery call center and spoke to Asivule Sithole (I think that is how the 1st name is pronounced) and explained my situation to him and the seriousness of the asthma. He advised me to purchase the medication, the funds will be deducted from MSA and then we will backdate the claim once chronic benefit is approved. I followed this instruction. However for some reason the doctor made a mistake and submitted the form and dated it 22 March, but this was also correct promptly by the doctors office and they sent the corrected application forms. I am now told Nonceba Ndlovu that there is nothing that can be done and the claim will not be reversed, when I was told by an agent in the call center that I should obtain the medication, also another agent advised me to get the doctors office to send amended forms only to be told there is nothing that can be done now
