UPSET is an UNDERSTATEMENT!

I am really NOT IMPRESSED with the service from the Pharmacy (Clinicross Alberton), Medicredit (Ref 2067489) and Bankmed (Chantelle who dropped the call before giving me feedback and after I had to hold for several minutes). Clinicross put through sript 347224 twice on 28 January 2013 on member 00 and member 03. They however emailed me a statement to show that it was reversed and paid to them. Medicredit confirmed (Auth Code BTB5560OLCP7) that only member 03 was paid and not 00. But when I phone Bankmed twice today, they confirm that it was paid and NOT REVERSED! It is NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY to run around and get this sorted out. It was NOT MY ERROR and now I must spend hours to try and sort this out. It came off from my medicine amount allocated for the year and I want this sorted out. It was confirmed by Gail and Chantelle from Bankmed that it was paid and deducted from my meds amount and I want this reversed and the amount allocated back to my available medicine amount. If this is not sorted out this week, I will logg a complaint with the medical board for resolution. I do not understand why I must run around for other peoples mistakes. Sort this out!
