SECOND COMPLAINT IN 1 MONTH ABOUT BANKMED!!!

This is my second complaint about the service I have received from Bankmed in only 1 month. I have had an ongoing claim query since 2 October that is STILL not resolved. Firstly Bankmed messed up the claim in that they processed 5 amounts, 3 of which were for services back in 2012 when I was not even a member. I called and INFORMED them about THEIR error, and they said they would reverse the 3 incorrect amounts. Two amounts were reversed, the third was not. I called AGAIN and asked for the third amount to be reversed. To my utter dismay I checked the website today and see that they have reversed the 2 correct amounts instead of the 1 incorrect amount that was outstanding. How THICK are these people? Firstly I do their job for them, and I tell them what is wrong and needs to be corrected. And then they still get it wrong. I am utterly tired of complaining about service from Bankmed. I will be considering other Medical Aids in the new year. All this frustration is not worth it if I am not getting any service delivery.
