Reversal of claim

I am a member of the Baby and Me program with Bankmed and I was advised that one of the benefits of this membership was that 5 of my visits to the gynaecologist which will not affect my GP/specialist fees To date 2 claims has been submitted on my specialist fee which when i called in 06 February i was told there is a system error which will be looked into my claim will be reversed in 7 working days. WOW, to date no claim has been reversed instead another claim was submitted for the 04/02/13 and yet again deducted from my specialist fee which when i called in i was assured that it will not be deducted again. Whats the point in registering for this lame baby and me programme when im constantly calling bankmed and wasting my time by speaking to incompetent consultants and team leaders telling me they need time to fix the error as it does not always happen, ja right if you haven't checked complaints lately.
This matter must be sorted out ASAP as I'm a pregnant and do not have the energy to deal with Bankmeds stress. IVE HAD ENOUGH OF INCOMPETENT BANKMED STAFF!!! ANNOYED AND UPSET.
should this not be sorted i will be forced to take this matter furthe
