The only way I can cover my family is to leave

In early January, I tried to add my fianc? e and daughter onto my Priority account (they were on Key Care... which frankly, is). I was told that I couldn't do this because it's considered an upgrade, and upgrades can only be done in December. So my ONLY option, if I want my family to have decent medical aid, is for the three of us to leave Discovery and find a medical aid that WILL cover us. And all I get from consultants is "Sorry, but that's the way it is".

I don't understand a business model that:
a) Would rather lose three long-term customers than retain them,
b) Forces their customers to find a competitor
c) Essentially accuses long-term customers of being underhanded who are trying to rip them off
d) See profit for shareholders as more important than providing decent medical cover
e) Places more importance on risk calculations made by inhuman bean counters than on the people who buy the product. If I wanted to rip you off you, it wouldn't be by paying MORE for your product, you fools.

I posted a comment on Facebook, and instantly got a call from "the top" who miraculously now CAN do the upgrade... Too late. I've already found another company.
