Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Could find myself with major bills due to this

I have been looking around for medical aid and made inquirers with Fed-health. I finally accepted medical aid with Discovery health but Ansley kept contacting me and offering me cover with Fed-health. In May of this year I finally said to him look please give me a quote as I now need to add my kids to my medical aid and need the best possible cover for them and I was on a comprehensive plan with Discovery but one suited for Johannesburg and not Cape Town and my kids lives in Cape Town. My instruction to Ansley was I would rather pay more and know that should anything happen to the kids we are covered in full and we don't have any short falls than to have a medical aid and I still need to pay money in. I specified on my application forms again in writing and per email that I need a plan that covers me with a savings and safet net. On Saturday 1 June when my Fed-health medical aid kicked in and my Discovery ended I collected my new card from my post box only to find to my horrer that the plan I was now placed on was a basic medical aid and not a comprehensive one and it has no savings plan at all so coming fron Discovery that paid for everything I have basic cover with Fed-health.
