After a long process of trying to find the correct medical cover I finally decided to go with Momentum Health.
Well my biggest mistake ever. Im being debited twice for one medical cover, (apparently savings is separate to the medical aid cover, which I was never told by the way, now costing me more in bank charges and I dont get the tax benefit due to this separate entitiy) Very slack customers Service, one can't get through to their numbers, when you do, you are put on hold for 40 minutes to still not be helped. Speaking to people is a nighmare and when I asked to have my medical aid be changed to a different option that is more benificial, well, its been a week now and still not a single soul has phoned me back. Aftet several emails and phone calls I am yet to be contacted! So who ever wanted to know about Momentum, rather pay a little extra at another medical aid company so you know what your paying for because I still have no clue where my money is going even with all the documents! Apparently I am not the first person to complain about this issue and its on going according to one of the consultants! Someone was suppose to phone me back now in 10min, its been an hour, nothing
