Discovery does not pay claims. WHY?

It is with regreat that I find myself complaining about the service I have received from Discovery. I recently claimed for some medication for my frequent Migrane attacks that I suffer, I have visited a Nuerologist who has prescribed a pain killer to reduce the pain. The first time I received this medication was on the 15th October 2012. There were a total of 6 tablets in the box for R399.00. This was settled in full by Discovery.
On the 18th December 2012 I had to get more Tables as I had run out of the prescribed medication as I had further Migranes. This time my claim was not settled with the response from Discovery " 516 We have not paid this amount. This Item is filled early based on the number of days since the previous fill"
I contacted Discovery customer service and spoke to a gentleman names Ashvir who instructed me to resubmit the claim. he mentioned that he would contact me when he got any info on why they did not settle the claim. I still have not heard from Ashvir and the claim has not been paid with the same reason.
Please explain how using 6 tables over 2 month is too much when the dosage is up to 2 tables a day. so I only had enough tables for 3 attacks in 2 month
