MADE TO PAY MISSED APPOINTMENT

I'm under a Psychiatrist, the treatment involve's a number of things one of them memory loss, well i forgot to go to one of my appointments, to make it short i got a bill of R780 i phoned and told them that i was not happy about the account and told them that's why i'm seeing a psychiatrist and ask them if they could not have called me that day to remind me but to no avail. they actually not interested looks like they are more interested in making money off there patients than treating them. if it's like that looks like you cant even go to a psychiatrist that really do care to treat you for your problem and not for what they can get out of you its really really pathetic that it have to go this way
