Discovery - trapped by vitality!

What started out as the best medical aid company in South Africa, is now not even mediocre.
It would appear that the company is too busy focusing on lifestyle benefits, life insurance and other offerings rather than concentrating on their primary business - medical insurance!

I pay over R3000 a month and I have to deal with the following:
- call center agents who don't understand the product offerings
- failure to action requests
- inaccurate claim processing
- lack of response to hours of running through claims and requesting adjustments
- general lack of feedback
- call center agents who are rude and incompetent

Is it really worth risking having the best medical aid cover for the odd discount from Woolworths, Kulula or Virgin Active... In the long run being with Discovery is costing me, not saving me money. Time to rethink who I use for medical cover...
