Most ridiculous customer service & attitude

After being billed for a follow up consulting and the most arrogant, unfriendly and ridiculous customer service at the trauma units reception I then on top if such had to wait for over an hour, meanwhile only general medical matters were present in the waiting room. The top of the chain was then hit when the doctor who I had now seen 3x already with the same matter once more did not have the decency to spend more than 2 min with my health matter - oh excuse me I had forgotten he is a doctor and would like to be called : .

Then after long discussions the incredible incompetent stuff I was told that there were 2 doctors on duty! Impossible!!! The place where you spend the most money does only attend to you with the required urgency and decency if you are carried in feet first!

This hospital needs a wake up call - urgently! This whole arrant attendance should be published in the news papers! We as customers are paying their salaries!!!
