2 hour wait in the ER

I took my 5 year old to the ER on on Sunday Afternoon 27 Jan 13 at 15h15 with a tempereture and severe head aches. we got there and they took her temp and blood pressure and told us to wait in the ER reception waiting rooms as there are no beds available for her. I completed the paperwork and not once did anyone come and update me on when i will be seen by a doctor. I started complainimg and was asked to wait in the exam room for the doctor. at 17h15 i walked to the reception desk to ask whats going on, but no answer. I decided to leave. I told the lady that she must cancel my file as i will not wait any longer. her response was... OK

For the amount of money that we pay to get the best service from a private hospital, i was disgusted. I do hope that something gets done about this.
