RUDE AND ARROGANT

I arrived at the Crompton Hospital at 13h05 on the 24th December, and was told to make another card at reception, by the time this was
done it was about 13h25.
I sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes, and was advised by this RUDE AND ARROGANT sister to proceed to the treatment room.
I sat there waiting for another 20 minutes and was approached by another RUDE AND ARROGANT sister, who
said to me that I am late for my appointment and I must reschedule for the 27th December or I could wait for her as she was going into the ward
to see to other patients before she will come back to trauma unit to attend to me.
I asked her as to how long will that be and in her arrogant manner she said she does not know and could not even give me an idea as to how long
I will have to wait.
I refused to accept this annoyance, was angry and in a lot of pain, but she just walked off muttering to herself.
I requested for my files, so i could go to another hospital or doctor to be treated, but I was refused.

I called for the supervisor and matron. They arrived and I explained to them the whole situation.
They called for this rude sister from the ward and got her to attend to me immediately, a
