Disgusting service

Made an online appointment. Got to the Caste Gate branch only to be assisted by a lady who carries the world on her shoulders, not too eager to assist me. The appointment was scheduled for 10:40 - walked out of the useless branch at 11:20. We are working clients and cannot afford to sit around for hours. Will never recommend Spec Savers.
