LATE DELIVERY YET AGAIN!!!

Good day,

I trust you are well. I am writing on behalf of my sister, AKHONA SKELE who is off work due to an eye infection. She has been waiting for more than 2 weeks for her contact lenses. This is not the first time I have complained about Spec-savers in Cape Town Station, every time she orders her contacts it takes a month for delivery??? I think you can understand my frustration as well as her. She has to use glasses and she can't see, so that is straining her eye even more!!! And as I said before, spec-savers is countrywide and surely they should know let their clients/customer know if there is a delay???
When I order my contacts from Spec-savers in St Georges Mall it never takes more than a week for me to get them. Is there anyway possible that her account can be handled by ST GEORGES spec-savers. At least they are competent and the do call to follow up on their clients 101%.

She has to go back to work tomorrow and as I said before she cannot use her glasses because she can't see properly with them and she cant use old contact lenses - i don't think I need to tell you what will happen if she does?
