Fedhealth Baby - doesn't sound REAL anymore

I have tried calling the Fedhealth Baby number, but it does not ring. (0861 116 016). My wife has also tried ringing from her office, and same issue.

o My wife has yet to receive the postal mail with regards to the vouchers and discounts. Can you please email this to me instead? We would like to start preparing the baby room, as these voucher may be handy. Whats the point of receiving the items after the baby is born.
o We are also waiting for the sms with regards to fetching the Baby bag. When will we be receiving this? We were told we would receive this before Christmas 2012, then told 2nd week of January 2013, then end of January 2013. We have still not received anything, and it's becoming frustrating.

Is this Baby program full of empty promises?? So much for being REAL.
