Near impossible to get advertised pregnancy perk

I've been a loyal member of Fedhealth for more than 3 years, and even changed my wife to primary member to stay with Fedhealth when moving to an employer who was forcing me to move to Discovery.

My wife is now 7 months pregnant, and the advertised baby bag Fedhealth perk is turning out nearly impossible to get. After ignoring multiple emails from my wife, when she phoned she was told the bag is ready for collection at Baby City, and that her notification SMS was never sent.

Baby City denies the bag is available and will not continue without my wife having said notification sms, and Fedhealth is not able to resend.

How difficult is it to arrange something so seemingly trivial?
