I had to phone Fedhealth 6 times!! when my wife gave birth to our boy. Fedhealth requested to be contacted once baby was born in order for them to update the authorization. But this turned out to be a nightmare.

I found that details were not updated correctly (although we had a reference number for the update of information), which caused the authorization process to fail. I was thrown between the admin- & authorization department to try and sort out Fedhealth's administration errors, being cut off about 3 times! Eventually I spoke to a manager who managed to update the hospital authorization.

Today, a lady phoned me (I am not even the client, my wife is) to confirm if baby was born. What is Fedhealth doing when training their employees, or maybe the procedures is just of a very very poor standard??
