Baby Inoculations Claims

We are very disapionted with the service we have received from Fedhealth. They informed us that they have some new sceme that pays our newborn baby's inoculations, we provided them with the codes from dischem and they confirmed that they will pay when we go for the injections. when ariving at Dichem, they were unable to claim from the medical aid as it was not on their systems, so we had to pay cash. we then imediately sent the claim to Fedhealth, it has now been more than 4 weeks and still the claim has not been pocessed, we now need to go for the next injections, and when asking Fedhealth how the pharmacy should claim they told me to tell dischem to call them, witch i feel is not my job to do. Please can we have this matter sorted out as we have made numerouce calls and emails to Fedhealth, and everytime its a diffrent excuse, or even no responce. if this continues we will have to concider moving to a diffrent Medical aid, as we cannot risk the health of our baby!
