Resolving issue vary fast

Bestmed has a Best Baby program, which you can register for when pregnant. I did so, and on registering, the consultant told me that I would receive an email every week, that my hamper will be ready for collection within 4 weeks, and that my vouchers will be emailed to me. This was not the case, there was a fault on the system which caused that I only received emails every second week, the hamper is only in fact ready for processing in 4 weeks, and the vouchers would be posted. When I enquired about this, I found out the true facts above, but Lilian was also willing to go the extra mile. Within 2 days, I received my hamper and vouchers, delivered to my office (as they did not want my vouchers to get lost with the current postal strike)! Thank you Lilian and the Best Baby team for your friendly and efficient service. You really make us feel special and I'm very grateful for your help! Keep up the good work!
