Fedhealth's mistake but my problem

In October I had a baby and unfortunately both baby and I ended up in ICU. Nevertheless we were able to register our baby on time and get authorisation numbers from Fedhealth. Despite us completing the necessary steps Fedhealth did not add my baby as a beneficiary. This meant that some of our hospital accounts were rejected. When I called I was told this was Fedhealth's error but I had to contact each supplier to get them to resubmit accounts. I did this and the suppliers (with irritation) resubmitted. Again the claims were rejected this time I was informed that Fedhealth had AGAIN made an error and failed to link our authorisation number to the claims. AGAIN it is my problem to spend hours with accounts and phone calls correcting each account individually. I am also concerned that some of my savings have now been used up in error. I have tried to speak to various call center agents about this and I am transferred to various departments who all blame other departments. No call center agent has been concerned enough to help me and properly check my account. Fedhealth has made this whole process extremely frustrating and have been totally unhelpful.
