MSC breach their own terms of conditions

I see many MSC customers complain about change in destinations. I would like to make you aware aof the following:
In terms of MSC terms and conditions section 11, specifically 11.1, the cost of fuel has a influence on the ticket cost... the reverse should also be true, MSC saved fuel by chosing an alternate destination, surely the difference is for customers credit?
Strange how MSC always decide to go to a very close alternate destination... never further than the planned. My opinion is MSC is, and are out to relieve you out of hard earned money with empty promises, and unfair bussiness practises.
