We recently submitted an application for medical aid for my parents. More then a month later we had no response and after trying repeatedly to call them we were assisted by someone who just told us that their emails have changed and that it isn't their fault, dismissing us like we were the stupids. The email is still listed on their website and they have still not replaced it with another working email address. They have no customer service whatsoever, I really wonder how they actually do any business. We still have not heard anything in regards to the application and that might actually be a blessing in disguise. If their service is like this on an application, how do they treat their actual customers. With my father retired, both he and my mother are left without any medical coverage. This company really do not have the well being of any potential customer at heart, they have no obligation towards assisting anyone, and will let you know that you are not priority... poor service in deed...
