3 weeks for a application to be messed up

You have taken 3 weeks on my application, then you tell me one of the forms I gave you 3 weeks ago is not right, the result when I say I am no longer interested, you sign me up anyway and impose penalties and a 3 month waiting period even thouigh I am currently on a medical aid scheme. You have 2 hours to contact me and fix this before I lodge a complaint with the Council for medical schemes. You have taken poor service to a new level!!! Well done!!!
