Battle to Join Medical Aid Scheme

On 30 December 2013 i downloaded application forms to join the above mentioned Med Scheme. I faxed the docs as per the doc request and didn't hear anything. I telephonically spoke to Mano Govender that promised he will get back to me ASAP - no responce. On the 6 January 2014 again i spoke to Habib Khan and he asked me to mail it to him whereby he acknowledge receipe of the docs... Sadly to sal i am still not on a Medical Aid and more sad is i was still not contacted by a single person to explain anything to me!
