Members Removed from Vitality

I have been encountering an issue with Vitality where my wife is permanently removed from Vitality account. This happened multiple times and with Murphy's Law always as I am about to book airplane tickets. I have been through numerous sessions with their call center in the past. The issue usually only gets resolved when I start mailing the head of their customer services but even don't feel like doing this anymore.

I have missed out on substantial savings last year with not being able to book flights when wanted to.

On top of that - have waited to make use of the additional hotels and international flights options supposedly available with the 2014 Vitality benefits, but this is also not available although being advertised. Waited before I made reservations and now have to pay higher rates and also settle change my plans due to location and additional hotels not being available.

Feeling done in as I have a lot of business with Discovery including, medical aid, vitality, life polices, discovery card and insurance.

Really not happy and can't deal with your call center again!

Starting to think that Multiply is the solution!
