Radiology refuses my daughter xrays

Last night Dr Mchenga paeditrician reffered my daughter for admission where the admission procedure is always a nightmare. The white lady that helped me, without greeting asked for the medical aid and id of my husband which i provided, i saw her made copies, to my suprised today i had to find out that xrays were not done as radilody wanted cash upfront, why? the file didnt have medical aid numbers, so my daughter was left like that, they didnt even call us the parents to ask, if it was a cash payment admission still why was my daughter left like that, is this hospital mission to save lives? or is money a priority, they dont even apologise, please stop treating us like gubbish because our medical aid pays your salaries, this hospital is treating us bad, my daughter is 1year and nine months, her health and life was compromised
