Bestmed I am sending this complaint to you as Prime Cure is part of you. Amien Brown Claim Admin Manager of prime cure confirmed on the 22/6/22 all my specialist visit is paid as I had authorization number for all visits. As per Dr Statement in September, my Dr did not receive all the payments. I have emailed Amien Brown on the 20/09/12 and up until today no response back from him. I emailed him again in May 2013 regarding other medical bills up until today no response from him. I have emailed him and mailroom on the 9 May 2013, 13 May 2013, 16 May 2013, 28 May 2013, 3 June 2013 and 03 July 2013. I even phoned to his office today his number have no answer I confirmed with Emotion that he is still working for Prime cure. Emotion said I can speak to Jonathan van Rensburg but no answer at his extension. I phoned again spoke to Norma she said she will get someone to phone me back. Still waiting. I think this is not just bad service this is non exciting service from Prime cure. How can they not get back to a member my accounts getting older, then they are going to turn around and say sorry the account is too old. Dr's want to black list my name but I have medical aid. Why?
