What does a person need to do to get assistance

I am so disgusted with service Im receiving from bestmed, disappointing really. now it makes sense when I keep on reading all the complains on hellopeter. so actually this is not done to me only there's a lof of people complaining about you. how many times must I keep on saying the same thing to bestmed really now. its been 2 weeks with no joy of getting an approval what so ever. every one keeps on phoning and asking bull and I keep on responding with everything they need but that still doesn't make any different. this is really irritating me now honestly speaking. do I need to speak to the CEO now? do I need to take bestmed to speak out? what do you want me to do to get assistance.
