BONITAS CLAIMS DEPARTMENT BAD!!! CLAIM STARTED 21 ST OF OCTOBER AND STILL NOT BEEN PROCESSED. I HAVE GOT 10 REFERENCE NUMBERS ALREADY. THEY ACTUALLY SAY 5 DAYS FOR CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED. IN BROCHURE IT STATES INFANT PAEDIATRIC BENEFIT (2 CONSULTATIONS BEFORE THE AGE OF 1 YEAR. 2 CONSULTATIONS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 1 AND 2 YEARS PER BENEFICIARY) THE FIRST YEARS FUNDS IS EXHAUSTED - I DO KNOW THAT BUT ITS WAS HER 1ST BIRTHDAY 18 SEPT 2013 AND SHE WAS ONLY AT A DOCTER TWICE AFTER. BONITAS ONLY PAID FOR THE ONE GP CONSULTATION, BUT NOT THE SECOND ONE. THEY DO UNDERSTAND WHEN I PHONE IN WHAT BROCHURE SAYS, BUT WHEN I PHONE THEM AFTER 5 WORKING DAYS THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND THE CLAIM BACK IN, AND THAT MY LIMITS HAS BEEN REACHED. IT IS THE SAME STORY WEEK AFTER WEEK AFTER WEEK NOBODY SEEMS TO HELP, AND THEN I GET A NEW REF AND ANOTHER 5 DAYS TO WAIT. I AM GETTING SICK OF THEM!!!
