Cannot verify a simple request- hold on for 15 min

Bankmed call centre agents cannot verify a simple request. Here goes Bankmed sent me a letter PMB Care Plan Authorisation letter for my spouse. I verified the letter and questioned as to why one of the doctors was not listed on the letter as my spouse is on chronic medication. The first call centre agent told me to get a letter from the doctor to request that his consultation fee to be charged from the special care plan. I've done just that requested a letter from the cardiologist and the letter was sent to specialcare@bankmed. The doctors receptionist received confirmation that the letter was received which was on the 30 January 2013. I called bankmed again on the 31 January 2013 and the second call agent said the letter is still not showing on the system I must call back which I did today and boy oh boy the call centre agent that helped me today asked me for all my details to verify if Im the correct person query about the letter, she told me to hold on she just wants to open up the document I asked her will this be long and she said she just want to open up the document well she kept me on hold for 15 miuntes than the call was cut. Pathetic Service!!!
