We send an email on the 6th August to Bankmed Special Care department after we have spoken to their call agent Lulu to confirm that I have been requested to resend the email as your Special Care department allegedly did not receive the previous email from Dr Roos's rooms with his motivation letter that we sent on the 23rd April and have a confirmation of receipt as well.

On the 17th September I followed up again with a telephone call to Bankmed's offices and spoke to call agent Lindsey ref number 151102412 requesting that a manager phone me back because they claim that they once again did not receive my email.

My husband is a diabetic and he has high cholestrol and see a specialist once a year (Dr Roos) the procedures that he needs to have was not paid for in February due to Bankmed not recognizing the procedures. They however requested that the dr sends through a motivation letter to their offices and this has been send through to them three times already as per above explanation.

I have no joy with their call centre and nobody phones me back either and I am very unhappy with this service.
