I AM TERRIBLY DISSAPOINTED WITH GEMS. MY WIFE GOT THE PRIVILAGE OF GETTING A DEPARTMENTAL POSITION AT HER SCHOOL APPROX 4 MONTHS AGO. ONE OF THE ADVANTAGES OF THE POSITION WAS THAT WE COULD JOIN GEMS' MEDIAL AID, WHICH WE THOUGH VERY GOOD OF.

I AM CURRENTLY FEELING VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THERE SERVICE AS I FEEL THAT THEY, AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, DONT CARE ABOUT MY MENTAL OR PHYSICAL HEALTH. MY CHRONIC MEDICATION DELIVERY HAS BEEN LATE EVER SINCE IT WAS APPROVED. THERE IS A SPECIFIC REASON WHY I WAS PUT ON THE MEDICATION AND IF I DONT TAKE IT, I HAVE TO SUFFER.

IT IS DETRAMENTAL TO TAKE THE MEDS IN THE SENCE THAT:
1. I MAINTAIN RECOVERY FROM ADDICTION,
2. I AM STABLE IN MY MOODS,
3. I AM STABLE IN MY FAMILY (OF WHICH A NEWBORN BOY IS EXPECTED IN THE NEXT WEEK),

SHOULD I NOT TAKE THE MEDS THE POSSIBILITY OF LOOSING THE ABOVE MENTIONED ARE VERY VERY GOOD. i HAVE WORKED VERY HARD TO ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BALANCED LIFESTYLE.

I HAVE PHONED ALL THREE TIMES TO COMPLAIN AND STRESS THE NECCESITY AND THE IMPORTANT ROLE THE MEDS HAVE IN MY LIFE BUT STILL IT IS BEING DELIVERED LATE.
