In theatre procedure authorisation

Bankmed number 1069691 Reference: 210103657481/E8021 IQHA0826347. I am very dissapointed in the service I have received so far regarding this special authorisation needed for my little girl of 4 years old, The theater date is suppose to be the 21st May but due to doctor being away it will most propably have to be postponed again as bankmed is requesting information from the doctor which i have already submitted to them, why do they need the doctor to verify the details. It seems they are requesting information that is not relevant to the authorisation, my little girl is 4 years old I would not do this if it was not necesarry and bankmed is really just making the whole experience unpleasent. All the information is on the motivation letter from the docotr originally and from myself as a mom. It feels that they are giving me the run around just not to give an answer. I have been phoning day in and day out to get an answer. with my daugter asking me everyday when they are gonna fix her leg, I feel very dissapointed as this procedure is for a child, .
