No response/ help on my queries

1. Dr Ivan Marx - R730. On 16 November 2012 Discovery requested ICD codes. I sent them through on 21 November. They have not assessed this payment after numerous phone calls with call centre and managers AND emails.
2. JJ Malan - R444 Claim sent 14 January 2013 and resent 22 January & 30 January 2013 with proof of payment was still paid to health care professional instead of me. No one has been able to fix this.

Enquiries have been opened over and over again. No one is coming back to me not even managers namely Nathaniel and Melissa.

I am extremely fed up with the lack of service and have now resorted to for assisstance.
