No response with regards to a refund!!

I requested a refund from Discovery Health on the 04 DECEMBER 2012 by sending an email to [Email Removed] with all the necessary information as requested on their site. On the 07 JANUARY 2013 I resent the email. And to date no one has bothered to contact me as yet!!! The service is terrible. Im not surprised the doctor refused to accept my medical aid if this is the service with regards to payments!! PATHETIC!!
