I joined Discovery Health in January 2013, in 12 April 2013 I applied online for my Healthy Foods card and up to date i still haven't received the card yet.
I phoned them Wednesday 17 July 2013 and ask to why I still did not receive my card, they did not give me a proper answer, I then asked to speak to one of the managers, there was no manager available and they took my number for one of the managers to phone me back, it is now Friday 19 July and still did note receive any phone call for Discovery.

i would like Discovery to back me from April 2013 for all my healthy food I bought at Pick n Pay.
I had the same issue with my Discovery Membership card, it took them 6 months to get it to me.
This is unacceptable.

For such a big Company this is a disgrace, i'm thinking to cancel all product I have with Discovery.
Please stop doing false advertising.
