Handed over without warning

Same story as many others. Didn't receive an invoice only a notice that I have been handed over to a collection agency. Our family spends thousands with Lancet every year with annual checkups and other Doctor ordered tests. We always pay our invoices when we receive them. Lancet has multiple ways of contacting us but never bothered. SCS of course had no issue getting through to us first time via email and cell. Now they want to charge a legal fee and harass us.
