Pathetic service and incompetent people

I don't receive accounts or invoices stating that I have outstanding amounts for Lancet, then I get snotty calls saying I've been handed over to the NCCS... How am I supposed to be aware of this if I dont receive accounts or invoices, so now, they've already handed me over. After I phoned 2 weeks ago asking if there are any outstanding amounts to which they answered no. Just a few days later I get a call from someone at Lancet saying I have been handed over because of an outstanding account.
