Handed over without knowing I owed anything

I just received an sms stating that my account been handed over to SCS/L Marks Attorneys. Only upon looking up SCS/L Marks Attorneys online did I find links to Lancet.

If I owe Lancet any money, I am unaware of it since I have never received a single invoice, phone call or mail from them. So how can I be handed over for not paying something I didn't even know I had to pay?

Clearly you're customer service is lacking. Without an invoice I cannot be expected to pay anything. If you do your job, I'll do mine.
