HANDED OVER TO ITC BUT NO INVOICE WAS EVER SENT!

I recieved a letter from ITC business administrators to say that i have been handed over, saying I have failed to pay my Lancet Invoice! This is the first time im hearing that I even owe Lancet money, I have medical aid with a savings facility that has not run out so I do not see why there should be any money owing to Lancet, I have never recieved any correspondence from Lancet yet by some miracle when ITC post a letter to me I recieve it yet when Lancet supposedly post something to me i never recieve it???

I have phoned ITC to sort this out and they tell me according to their system its been refered back to Lancet, when i phoned Lancet the lady i spoke to said she would email me a copy of my invoice as well as the log of every time they have tried to contact me yet I still have not recieved anything, that was last week Thursday, I then followed it up on Thursday afternoon with an email and I STILL have not had a reply nor have I got a copy of my invoice!!! Im utterly disgusted that Lancet has the cheek to hand me over when you cannot even do a simple task like emailing me my invoice!

I HAVE NOT FAILED TO PAY MY ACCOUNT, LANCET HAVE FAILED TO SEND ME AN INVOICE!!!
