Incorrect Billing

They saw my disabled boy for a fitment for a DMO. When we saw them we were told that it will cost about R17 000.00. When we saw again they put in a claim to the medical aid for the amount of R31 000.00 which the medical aid paid and we had a short fall of R 3897.99. The suit was also not 100% constructed as was discussed as we required an open section in the front for us to feed him via a mickey (tube feeding). It took 5 months for delivery of the DMO
