No paying for nutrition

Good day
A professor in Pretoria made a mess of my oesophagus and now I cannot swallow. Was in Donald Gordon for 2 months. High Care because I was weighing 24 kg. The Donald Gordon discharged me and I have been on tube feeding since 4 September 2013 to pick up weight. The dietician and doctors wrote motivations for the feeding. Blood results. photos, x rays was send but Discovery is not paying for the feeding and tubes! The feeding is costing between R3000-00 - R3500-00 per week! I have phoned them send emails and the answer is always the same "it is under review but will email you before the end of the day". It is a problem to get the nutrition!! What must I do? Ask to doctor to admit me to hospital that the nutrition can be paid for?? And it will cost the medical aid more? Or stop the feeding and die! I am desperate!!! At the moment I am weighing 40 kg but can only be operated once I weigh 45kg!
