Bad service, lack of resources and smelly facility

On Monday night I took my son (10years old) to Rand clinic as he was not well. we arrived there at 22:45 at the casualty ward. the male staff nurse that was the first to attend us was helpful and he called the Doctor to assess the child. The Doctor informed me that there are no paediatricians on site and we might have to go to the nearest clinics to be helped. what he will do is try to help us before we go there. I didn't have a problem with that. The Doctor went to call the other clinics to get paediatricians and my son started vomiting i lifted him and took him to the nearest toilet which was smelly. I was attending to my son alone with no assistance from the staff. There was a female nurse that came and stood behind me making comments saying its coming out. Her name is Thandi Gwintsa with a management sign under her name on the badge. i was shocked and didn't say anything as I was worried that I was not holding my son properly and he choke. she moved away and I was left there alone. i took my son back to the casualty bed and the Dr said his weight is needed. the male nurse brought and electronic scale which was not working. we had to wait for 25 minutes for another scale.
