No response to numerous requests

I am complaining on behalf of my mother, Mrs. E Santo Domingo with reference to account no 8924.
During March 2013 Nampak confirmed with me that an amount of R12739.91 was paid over to Dr van Niekerk. They also confirmed that they would be sending the claim dated 14/2/2013 for processing as this had not yet been processed. My mother was therefore under the impression that everything had been settled and if there was still a balance outstanding she would receive an account for this. Then during October she received an account from Dr van Niekerk reflecting that the amount of R14 260.67 was still outstanding. I have requested Discovery Health on 5 /11/13, 18/11/13, 26/11/13, (who have taken over the Nampak medical aid since March 2013) to provide me with proof of all payments that were made over to Dr van Niekerk. I received a response on 2/12/2014 stating that I would be contacted within 4 to 5 working days,
To date I have not been contacted or received this proof and I am therefore now putting this on Hello Peter for action to be taken. If not resolved I will escalate to the medical aid council.
