Service date 02 january 2014, service provider - Dr Redfern and partners. The procedure for wife has a PMB code of 52N. The medical schemes act (Act 131 of 1998) requires medical aid to pay in full this acc. However, only less that 50 % of the amount was covered by discovery and only paid at 100% of of the rate whereas my option clearly states that this should have been paid at 150%. I contacted discovery telephonically on the 15/01/14 and sent an email through on the same day. But, no response as yet. I want htis account to be settled in full.
