Waiting for Medical Aid Cards for 7 months

My wallet was and I requested new medical aid cards on the 7th of May 2013 - email ref #61589222.

I have since sent numerous follow up requests without much success other than the generic response from the website saying that Discovery have received my query and will take 2 days to respond. The latest generic response received on the 11th of December has a ref #: 3120293122.

I have confirmed my delivery details on the emails as well as to call centre agents and yet to date am still left without a medical aid card.

I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, failing which I will be forced to move my wife and I onto an alternate medical aid scheme that has the decency of sending their clients medical aid cards when requested.
