Handed over for 2010 account!

My Medical aid has been depleted in 2010, thus an amount of R1800.00 was not paid to Dr Van Rensburg. I have contacted Discovery Health, Mr Ashraf Mahomed requested me to submit this outstanding claim to him early 2011 which will be processed and paid, which I did. I assumed that this has been sorted out. During April 2013 I have received an sms stating I am owing Dr Van Rensburg outstanding monies. I have contacted GLA (Groenewald Lubbe) and confirmed that this should be a misunderstanding. Now I have received 2nd sms stating that I am owing R4775.83!!! I have forwarded all the accounts and e-mails to Mr Ashraf Mahommed at Discovery, but all e-mails "delivery failure notification" thus he is probably not working there anymore!! Please assist me as I am a single Mom, paying a lot on monthly contribution to Discovery and I can not and will not pay this amount as this should be settled in 2011 already. I would like to forward you all the e-mails & accounts as proof. Thank you
