No progress or response for claims to be refunded

I have undergone orthodontic treatment and visited various Dr. offices over the past few months. I send in all my manual claims to the designated email addresses and fax numbers as given by the medical aid but every time i phone in i get the same response, ' please re-send your claims because nothing reflects". There was thus far only one person who could give me at least one or two answers and her name is Koketso. Any consultant i speak to does not even pick up my mails on the system except for her. I am sitting with bills paid by myself from November 2012 which i am waiting for to be paid back. I am tired of phoning and having to hold on for about 30 min for them to scratch around looking for my claims and then just being told to re-send them. This delays it every time by another couple of weeks. I have been a member of this medical scheme from 2004 and have never experienced such rotten service. It is not the first time I do manual claims and thus know how quickly things used to happen. The changed administrators from January 2013 to Prime med and from then i can not tell you how i battle to get answers, not even talking about my refunds... I am very very unsatisfied.
